 WARRANTY

If the goods you receive are faulty, 
we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT CHOICE
please contact us via email or via phone or txt if you are not sure what you need to order.
If the order is cancelled after payment for reason of change of mind or in correct choice 
we consider the transaction made .we reserve the right to choose if we refund or offer the customer a credit to full value for future use.
this is to stop people ordering remotes because they are lost and then finding them and cancelling.
this is time consuming and happens alot.(we hope you understand)
If the goods purchased are returned for reason of incorrect choice we will send replacement goods
if goods are  because of change of mind or a motor or receiver end on customers side
we shall issue a credit to full value of goods.to be used within 12 months
 Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

RETURNS

Any goods returned should be sent tracked and must be sent back to our business address only
We wil refund back to credit card or bank account supplied
 when goods have been received at adress above.
If goods sent back are lost or sent to incorrect adress 
we will do everything we can to help locate the goods.
But this is ultimatley the customers responsability

All remotes have a 12 month warranty and if defective they will be replaced or refund offered if can not be replaced

Openers and opener parts are as per manufacturers warranty.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us.
 We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. 
We will only send you email newsletters if you subscribe or opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises.
 Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway (Paypal), using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. 
Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. 
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
 Please allow up to 3 days for delivery locally, or 4 days south island..
In most cases item arrives within 2-3 days.

All orders are sent track and trace with nz post couriers and can be tracked online.
and newzealand couriers which may arrive overnight or same day in auckland.

 we will not be liable for loss of goods but will do our best to track them.****
